QUICK START (ALL PLATFORMS)

If you already have the Rust toolchain installed, run the following command to compile and install Fount directly to your user path:

$ cargo install fount --locked

Linux Tarball & Scripts

Download the pre-compiled standalone tarball, extract it, and execute sudo ./install.sh to configure desktop and terminal shortcuts.

Includes: fount x86_64 binary, .desktop entry, icon tile, and manpage.

Install directly from the official Microsoft Store for instant automatic background updates and seamless Windows Terminal integration.

Supports: Windows 10 & 11 (64-bit). Works inside PowerShell, CMD, and Windows Terminal.
